Return Policy for Online Orders

If you need to return any item(s), the following is our return policy:
For unopened and unused products returned in original, sellable condition within 30 days of the date of purchase, Whole Pets will extend a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). You are required to request a return merchandise authorization number by sending an email to returns@wholepets.com or by calling 1-888-WHOLE-45 (1-888-946-5345).
Please provide us with your invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please make sure to properly package your returns as we are unable to issue credit for damaged merchandise.

For approved returns we will issue a credit within 24 hours via the same method of payment used for the order or you may choose to exchange the item for other merchandise. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for the new items.
In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item picked up. We will re-ship your order at our expense.
Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, your order is packaged and shipped as quickly as possible and therefore may not be cancelled. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.
We are unable to accept returns for custom or special orders, or drop-ship items. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of frozen food or bones. We are unable to accept book returns. Videos can be returned if they are in the original packaging.
